Stop Being So Hard On Yourself.

I was talking to a new client and was reminded yet again that we are so critical of ourselves.
Me: Tell me what areas of your body that you like and want to highlight?
Client: I wear to to hide my stomach area.
My client is so used to thinking about what she doesn’t like she couldn’t answer my direct question.
Remember that people will pay attention to what you want them too.
If you stand there trying to hide what you makes you feel insecure, you are exposing your self doubts.
Take a long hard look at yourself and make a list of everything you love. And don’t feel embarrassed about wanting to highlight the good stuff. This is what people want to see and focus on.
Stop being so hard on yourself. Please.
